Who we are
This website is operated by Amplenty LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Amplenty provides marketing and business automation services to electrical contractors and other businesses.
info@amplenty.com(346) 663-1101Mailing address: 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite # 30385, Austin TX 78731 (mail only — no walk-in office or appointments at this address)Information we collect
When you contact us or book an introductory call, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, appointment details, and the messages you send us.
Our website hosting, analytics, and error-monitoring services automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps. These services may use functional, performance, and security cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working and to help us understand how it is used.
Please do not send sensitive personal data or your customer lists through our general inquiry channels.
How we use information
- Responding to your inquiries and arranging meetings
- Providing the services we agree with you
- Keeping business records
- Improving our processes and this website
- Maintaining the security of our systems
- Honoring your communication preferences
When we provide services to a client, we may process that client's customer records on the client's instructions and as agreed in our service arrangement. Clients are responsible for the notices and permissions required for that processing.
Call recordings and AI-assisted coaching
With the affirmative permission of participants, calls may be recorded or transcribed through Fathom, including audio or video, transcripts, clips, and summaries. We use these for follow-up, record-keeping, and private sales coaching and improvement. We explain any AI-assisted coaching use before capture, and an unrecorded option is always available.
Fathom offers an optional setting that allows de-identified meeting content to be used for its in-house AI improvement, depending on the account's settings. You can read how Fathom uses information in Fathom's privacy policy.
Separately, selected excerpts with identifying details removed may be manually provided to ChatGPT for private coaching; this is not an automatic or connected integration. Access to recordings and transcripts is restricted.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate our business, including website hosting (including Lovable), Cloudflare for website delivery, security checks, storing inquiry receipts and submitted inquiry details, and forwarding submitted inquiries to HighLevel, Google Fonts for typefaces (which receives IP address and device request details when fonts load), website analytics and error-monitoring services, HighLevel for customer relationship management, inquiries and booking, Google Workspace and Google Meet for email and meetings, Fathom for permitted call recording, and ChatGPT for selected private coaching as described above. Each provider processes information under its own applicable terms, privacy policy, and the settings of our account with it.
We do not sell customer lists.
Text messaging privacy
Amplenty LLC offers optional informational text messages about intro-call confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and replies to inquiries. To choose these texts, enter your optional mobile phone number and actively select the separate, optional, unchecked informational SMS consent checkbox on our booking form. We collect your mobile number and record your SMS consent selection with your booking details. Providing a phone number alone does not give SMS consent. SMS consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
Only with your separate SMS permission, we use this information for intro-call confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, and replies to your inquiries. Message frequency varies with your appointment activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email info@amplenty.com for support.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Booking a call or giving us your phone number does not opt you in to promotional text messages. Marketing and service text message permissions are separate.
Advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel
With your explicit permission, our website uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms. It stays off by default and does not load until you select "Accept advertising cookies."
When it is on, we send Meta two kinds of events: the pages you visit on our website (with the page address limited to the site and page path, without query strings or fragments) and a notice that an inquiry was confirmed as received, with a reference identifier and the label "Amplenty website inquiry." We use this to measure, improve, and optimize our advertising campaigns. Meta also collects information directly from your browser, such as device, browser, and network information (including IP address), and may set or read cookies. Meta uses this information under its own terms and its Privacy Policy.
We do not deliberately send Meta the contents of our forms, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, website, message, or appointment details. This website integration does not pass advanced-matching information and disables automatic configuration.
Our website asks browsers to share only our site's address, not page paths or query strings, with other sites. Because the address of the page you came from can still reach Meta through your browser, we do not load the Meta Pixel on a visit whose referring address contains query strings or fragments. We cannot guarantee that referring addresses never contain information.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Privacy choices" in the footer of every page. Withdrawing stops future advertising events from our website; it does not undo information already sent. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep advertising cookies off. Declining does not affect inquiries or booking.
If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form directly on Meta, that submission is separate from your cookie choice on this website. Your SMS choices are also separate from your advertising cookie choice.
Retention
We follow a manual, review-based deletion practice. Ordinary inquiries that show no meaningful activity are reviewed and deleted or anonymized after 12 months. Meeting recordings, audio or video, transcripts, clips, and detailed summaries that are no longer needed are reviewed and deleted by six months, and earlier when they are no longer needed. Unneeded temporary client campaign working copies are deleted within 30 days after a campaign is completed or handed off.
Contracts, financial records, minimal consent and suppression evidence, security logs, and records needed for legal disputes are kept as long as needed for their purpose. Backups follow our providers' backup cycles. This is a manual review practice, not an automatic deletion system.
Your choices and requests
You may email us at info@amplenty.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask questions or request a review. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be retained where we have a legitimate need to keep it. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may reply to info@amplenty.com to ask for a review of the decision.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. If you have separately opted in to text messages, you can reply STOP to end them. Opting out of marketing does not cancel a booking or an agreed service.
Safeguards and location
We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to personal information. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations.
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults, not children.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will provide notice or request new permission where needed.
